Part I: User Agreement

Welcome to the ISWallet application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application" or "ISWallet"). Before you start using the Application, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").

1. Acceptance of the Agreement 1.1 By downloading, installing, registering, or using the Application, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. 1.2 If you do not agree to any of the terms in this Agreement, please cease using the Application.

2. Services Provided ISWallet provides a series of digital asset services, including but not limited to asset management, trading, investment, and participation in airdrops.

3. User Registration and Account Management 3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity. 3.2 Account Registration: You are required to provide lawful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information to complete the registration process. 3.3 Account Security:

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information and password. ISWallet is not liable for losses resulting from user negligence.
• Any actions carried out through the user’s account will be deemed to be performed by the account holder. 3.4 Account Restrictions:
• It is prohibited to use the account for illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud.
• ISWallet reserves the right to freeze, limit, or terminate accounts involved in suspected violations.

4. User Obligations 4.1 Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 4.2 Users must not post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or infringing content through the Application. 4.3 Users must not attack, tamper with, or unauthorizedly access ISWallet’s systems.

5. Service Changes and Termination 5.1 ISWallet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all services at any time without prior notice. 5.2 ISWallet may terminate services to users who violate this Agreement.

6. Fees and Transactions 6.1 The Application may charge fees for certain services (e.g., transaction fees). 6.2 All fees and charges will be clearly displayed in the Application, and users must confirm acceptance before proceeding with transactions.

7. Risk Disclaimer 7.1 Digital asset transactions are high-risk, subject to market fluctuations, policy changes, and technical vulnerabilities. 7.2 Users should make independent judgments and bear the risks of their transactions and investments.

8. Disclaimer 8.1 The Application and its services are provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 8.2 ISWallet is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure or third-party actions.

9. Intellectual Property 9.1 The content of the ISWallet Application, including trademarks, logos, code, documents, and interface designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. 9.2 Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without authorization.

10. Dispute Resolution 10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. 10.2 Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to a competent court.

11. Agreement Modification ISWallet reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modifications will be notified through the Application and take immediate effect. Continued use of the Application signifies acceptance of the modified terms.

欢迎使用 ISWallet 应用程序（以下简称“本应用”或“ISWallet”）。在开始使用本应用之前，请仔细阅读并同意以下条款（以下简称“本协议”）。

1. 协议的接受
1.1 下载、安装、注册或使用本应用，即视为您已阅读、理解并同意受本协议约束。
1.2 如果您不同意本协议中的任何条款，请立即停止使用本应用。

2. 服务内容
ISWallet 提供一系列与数字资产相关的服务，包括但不限于资产管理、交易、投资、空投参与等。

3. 用户注册与账户管理
3.1 用户资格：您必须年满 18 周岁并具有完全民事行为能力。
3.2 账户注册：您需提供合法、准确、最新的个人信息完成注册。
3.3 账户安全：

• 用户应妥善保管账户信息及密码。因用户疏忽造成的账户被盗、资产损失，ISWallet 不承担责任。
• 通过用户账户进行的所有操作，均视为用户本人行为。
  3.4 账户限制：
• 禁止使用账户从事任何违法活动，包括但不限于洗钱、恐怖融资、诈骗等。
• ISWallet 有权对涉嫌违法的账户采取冻结、限制或关闭措施。

4. 用户义务
4.1 用户需遵守所有适用法律法规。
4.2 用户不得通过本应用发布、传播任何非法、有害或侵犯他人权益的内容。
4.3 用户不得攻击、篡改或试图未经授权访问 ISWallet 系统。

5. 服务变更与终止
5.1 ISWallet 保留随时修改、暂停或终止部分或全部服务的权利，且无需提前通知。
5.2 用户违反本协议时，ISWallet 可随时中止或终止服务。

6. 费用与交易
6.1 本应用可能对部分服务收取费用（如交易手续费）。
6.2 所有收费项目及标准将在应用内明确展示，用户在操作前需确认并接受。

7. 风险提示
7.1 数字资产交易具有高风险，可能因市场波动、政策变化、技术漏洞等导致损失。
7.2 用户需独立判断并承担交易及投资的风险。

8. 免责声明
8.1 本应用及其服务按“现状”提供，ISWallet 不对其适用性、可靠性、及时性等作出任何明示或默示的保证。
8.2 因不可抗力或第三方原因导致的服务中断、数据丢失等，ISWallet 不承担责任。

9. 知识产权
9.1 ISWallet 应用的所有内容（包括但不限于商标、Logo、代码、文档、界面设计）均受知识产权法保护。
9.2 未经许可，用户不得复制、修改、分发或用于商业目的。

10. 争议解决
10.1 本协议适用相关司法管辖地的法律。
10.2 因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成时，提交至具有管辖权的法院处理。

11. 协议修改
ISWallet 保留随时修改本协议的权利。修改后的条款将在应用中通知用户，并即时生效。用户继续使用本应用即表示接受修订内容。
