User Agreement of ngp.global Application
欢迎您使用中能绿电 ngp.global（以下简称“本应用”或“平台”）。本《用户协议》（以下简称“本协议”）是您（“用户”）与平台运营方之间就注册、登录、使用平台服务达成的具有法律效力的协议。
本平台专注于绿色能源普及与创新，核心服务为“光伏电站分时租赁”与“数字化发电收益管理”。
本协议适用于所有通过本应用使用光伏电站租赁、收益参与、推广分润、资产托管等相关服务的用户。
Welcome to ngp.global (the “Platform” or “Application”), a product operated by Zhongneng Green Power.
This Platform is dedicated to time-share leasing of photovoltaic (PV) power stations and digitized revenue participation services in the green energy sector.
By registering or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this legally binding User Agreement.
中能绿电 ngp.global 平台通过技术手段与合规机制，为用户提供以下主要服务：
用户可通过平台租赁指定电站的部分发电时段或装机容量（如光伏板块、模块等）；
所有电站均由平台审核并备案，具备真实建设基础和发电能力；
平台按天结算发电收益，并通过钱包系统透明分发。
Users can lease a share of selected photovoltaic power stations for a defined period;
All stations are verified, legally compliant, and have proven generation capacity;
Daily revenue is calculated and distributed transparently through wallet systems.
用户可在平台中查看每日发电量、累计收益、租赁周期等信息；
平台提供资产托管、收益记录、提现申请等配套功能。
Users can track generation, yields, rental terms, and receive settlement records;
The platform supports earnings withdrawal, record queries, and asset storage.
用户可通过邀请他人参与电站租赁，获取对应的推广分润和奖励权益；
平台设有专属邀请机制与可追溯的奖励记录。
Invite others to lease solar stations and earn corresponding commission and privileges;
Transparent and automated referral tracking and reward allocation.
包括但不限于：空投活动、项目保障（保险覆盖、备用电站）、报表下载、智能客服等。
Including but not limited to: airdrop rewards, insurance protection, backup stations, reporting dashboards, and support services.
3.1 用户须年满18周岁，具有完全民事行为能力，方可注册与使用平台服务。
3.2 注册时须提供真实、合法、完整的身份信息并保持更新。
3.3 用户对账户及其操作行为负责，应妥善保管密码及助记词。
3.4 严禁将账户用于洗钱、诈骗等违法用途，平台有权采取限制、冻结、注销等措施。
3.1 Users must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity.
3.2 True, legal, and complete identity information must be provided at registration and kept updated.
3.3 Users are responsible for their accounts and must safeguard credentials.
3.4 Any illegal use, such as money laundering or fraud, is strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to limit, freeze, or delete such accounts.
4.1 用户有权使用平台提供的合规服务、获取租赁项目信息、收益报表及参与推广活动；
4.2 用户应遵守平台规则及国家法律法规，不得从事违法活动或损害他人利益的行为；
4.3 用户对自身行为负责，应确保所有操作均为本人真实意愿。
4.1 Users have the right to use services, access lease project data, receive yield reports, and participate in promotions;
4.2 Users shall comply with laws and platform rules and must not engage in illegal or harmful activities;
4.3 Users are fully responsible for their operations and decisions.
5.1 部分服务如提现、换电、链上交易等可能收取合理费用，费用标准将在操作前明确展示；
5.2 所有光伏电站租赁项目的收益将按照电站实际发电量、租赁比例与时间段每日结算；
5.3 用户操作即表示已理解并接受费用机制及交易不可撤销条款。
5.1 Some services such as withdrawal or on-chain operations may incur fees disclosed prior to confirmation;
5.2 PV station rental income is settled daily based on actual power generation and user’s leased share;
5.3 User operations are deemed irrevocable upon confirmation.
6.1 光伏项目的发电能力可能受天气、设备故障、电网接入等影响；
6.2 投资光伏租赁项目存在一定不确定性，平台不保证固定回报；
6.3 平台仅提供技术撮合与收益结算服务，不承担用户之间的租赁合同担保责任；
6.4 因不可抗力导致服务中断、数据损失的，平台不承担赔偿责任。
6.1 Generation may fluctuate due to weather, equipment failure, or grid access issues;
6.2 Participation in PV leasing involves uncertainties and no fixed return is guaranteed;
6.3 The Platform is a service facilitator, not a lease contract guarantor;
6.4 The Platform is not liable for disruptions or losses caused by force majeure.
平台上的所有内容（商标、图标、界面、代码、文案等）均归平台所有，受法律保护。未经许可，不得复制、传播、篡改或商用。
All platform content (logos, designs, code, documents) is protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
平台可能对接第三方支付、存储、身份认证等服务，用户应自行判断并接受相关服务条款，平台不对第三方服务质量负责。
The Platform may interface with third-party services (e.g., payment, identity verification). Users accept that these services are independently operated and the Platform assumes no liability for third-party actions.
平台不向18岁以下未成年人提供服务，若发现违规注册，将立即处理并删除相关信息。
The Platform does not serve users under 18. Accounts found in violation will be terminated.
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因协议产生的争议，应先协商解决，协商不成的，提交平台所在地人民法院管辖。
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved first through negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the court in the Platform's jurisdiction.
平台可根据业务或政策更新协议内容，修订内容将通过应用内公告方式通知。用户继续使用服务即视为接受最新版本。
The Platform may update this Agreement due to business or regulatory changes. Revisions will be announced in-app and take immediate effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
特别提示：
本平台所有光伏电站租赁项目均已完成备案，部分由中国平安等保险公司承保。平台不承诺固定收益，仅提供合规撮合与分账服务。
Friendly Reminder:
All PV leasing projects are verified and partially insured (e.g., Ping An Insurance). The Platform only facilitates legal matching and transparent settlement — no guaranteed returns are promised.
